Poron is a high-density polyurethane foam designed to enhance the foot’s natural cushioning, reducing the impact of each step and making walking more comfortable. It is one of the most effective shock- and impact-absorbing materials available for foot protection and comfort.

These durable 6 mm Poron Heel Pads feature a peel-off self-adhesive backing for secure placement inside footwear. They provide targeted heel cushioning and can also function as mild heel raises to improve comfort and foot alignment.

Poron is particularly beneficial for individuals suffering from heel fat pad atrophy, heel pain, plantar calcaneal bursitis (“Policeman’s Heel”), plantar fasciitis, or arch discomfort. By slightly modifying foot biomechanics, these pads help reduce strain on the heel and arch areas during walking or standing.

Additional uses: While designed primarily for heel cushioning, Poron pads can also be trimmed and used as plantar metatarsal pads (met domes) or tongue pads within footwear, helping to redistribute pressure and improve comfort.
