If you are unsure which product(s) may be most beneficial to you or how to use the product(s) safely and effectively, please ask the health care professional who gave this brochure to you. Alternatively contact Health First’s HPC Registered Chiropodist / Podiatrist, Jonathan Small D.Pod.M., M.Ch.S., S.R.Ch. If you require any chiropody/podiatry/foot-care items not listed in this brochure, please contact Health First and we will try to obtain the product for you. We aim to offer an efficient and responsive service.

Most orders are sent out within three working days of receipt, so your foot care items are often delivered within a week of you placing the order. But, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. For a minimal extra charge, orders can be sent 1st class. This is ideal if you require your order urgently.

If there are any problems with the delivery of the products you receive, please contact Health First. We will try to resolve the matter as soon as possible after notification.
