1 single Poron sheet will allow you to cut out 2 insoles up to UK size 12 (larger sizes will mean only 1 poron insole can be cut from a sheet so make sure you order 2 sheets).

This product can be cut into various shapes to modify other insoles to alleviate unwanted pressure areas.
