As we get older our feet lose some of the natural cushioning that absorbs the impact of walking. Step shock can travel up legs and spine causing pain and discomfort in the feet knees hips back and even be the cause of headaches. Step shock is likely to occur in patients that have arthritis, diabetes or sensitive feet.

Poron polyurethane foam material has a high-density foam which boosts the foot’s natural cushioning making walking easier. It is one of the best shock & impact-absorbing materials.

• Available in both 3mm & 6mm thickness
• Available as an adhesive-backed version of our 3mm sheet 
• It can be cut into various shapes to modify other insoles to alleviate unwanted pressure areas
• Each sheet is supplied with a template and is sufficient to cut a pair of insoles up to UK size 12 (larger sizes will mean only 1 poron insole can be cut from a sheet so make sure you order 2 sheets)
• Useful for deflecting pressure against your calves when wearing ski boots
