This Gel Foot Cover is the ideal solution for protecting and cushioning the toes and forefoot during activities that place stress on these areas. Each reusable cover contains a soft polymer gel pad that surrounds and shields all toes and the ball of the foot, providing cost-effective protection for multiple toe deformities or pressure points.

The covers are made from Silipos gel (similar to Chiroform Gel), a medical-grade, non-compressible material that evenly distributes pressure and absorbs shock. Unlike conventional foam materials, Silipos gel retains its shape under load, helping to reduce friction, shear, and discomfort caused by footwear or repetitive activity.

Designed to be worn in most types of footwear — including under hosiery — these gel covers also help retain warmth, offering comfort for individuals with arthritis or poor circulation. They are particularly useful for dancers and others who experience forefoot pressure, toe irritation or rubbing during movement.

Directions for use: Put the cover on so that the larger gel pad lies underneath the metatarsal (ball of the foot). Remove at night to allow the skin to breathe. Hand wash with mild soap and water, then air dry naturally. Frequent washing may reduce the product’s lifespan.
