If you’re increasing your walking mileage, hiking, or breaking in new shoes, this kit helps you manage “hot spots” before blisters develop — and provides the essentials to treat them properly if they do. Correct treatment reduces the risk of infection and helps prevent further damage or irritation.

Pack contents:

• 5 sterile dressings
• 3 metres of narrow adhesive strapping
• 1 sheet of thin-web fleece padding

Once a blister has formed, cover it with a clean, sterile dressing to help prevent infection. Daily saline foot baths can also promote healing. Once healed, protect the area with fleece padding to reduce friction and pressure.
