Dual Foot File

DUAL FOOT FILE is often rated by customers as the best foot file available for self-help / self-care. Ideal for regularly filing thick nails, corns, callouses, and hard skin. It is even good to use on corns between the toes because of its pointed end which means that it can get easily between them..

This dual action foot file is graded – fine and medium. The file is made of a sturdy plastic and is light and easy to use.  The large handle means it is easy to hold and therefore easy for arthritic and elderly patients to use.  Also the handle is graded so that it makes it easier for blind or partially sighted patients to know which side they are using. The white handle can also be used to give your foot a massage by rubbing your foot gently over the raised part.

Remember when using this item, to do so when your foot is dry.  The best time of day to file your feet and nails is just before you bath or shower. After your shower, rub some moisturising cream into the dry areas – either aqueous cream which we can provide from our web site or if you have deep cracks and fissures on your heels you may find regular application of our Heel Balm beneficial.  Both of these items can be bought either separately or as part of our Bargain Pack A or Bargain Pack F.

If used on a regular basis 2-3 times per week, we would expect a Dual Foot File to last in the order of 6-8 months. The file can be cleaned by running under water and scrubbing with a nail brush.
